1 cup sifted flour
5 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups rhubarb, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend sifted flour, powdered sugar & butter. Press into 7 1/2" x11" ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While it bakes, mix sugar, 1/4 cup flour & salt. Mix in beaten eggs & rhubarb. Spoon mixture over crust. Bake 35 minutes longer.
